Mediation Services

Mr. Bayer has been certified as a Florida circuit court mediator since 1996. He mediates cases throughout central and north Florida both in-person and on-line.

The subject matter includes real estate, probate, personal injury, land use and contractual disputes. He also provides services as a general magistrate for land use and zoning disputes that arise under section 70.51, Florida Statutes. 

Live mediations are held at his office location in Flagler Beach or other agreed upon locations.
